The People’s Project for Social and Climate Justice (TPP) has appointed Praise Wilberforce as the new Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, Noel Ifeanyi Alumona. The appointment is with immediate effect.
Alumona, in a statement, said the appointment of Wilberforce was part of a broader effort by the organisation to strengthen executive coordination and streamline internal operations amid its national and international growth.
TPP is a nonprofit organisation registered in Nigeria and the United States, dedicated to promoting human rights, democracy, climate and social justice across Africa. With a community-first, people-powered approach, the organisation operates several core initiatives, including Boys Champions, HOPE, Dear Men Podcast, and Learning Without Limits.
Wilberforce, an experienced administrative professional, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University and a National Diploma in Mass Communication from Nnamdi Azikiwe University. She also holds certifications in Office Management, Human Resources, and Project Management from Clemads Global Consulting.
Prior to joining TPP, she served as Personal Assistant to the CEO at Ruhe Global Resources, where she coordinated high-level communication, international travel logistics, and executive scheduling.
She also served as Administrative Assistant to the President of AUDU-NEPAD, managing confidential tasks and facilitating multi-departmental operations. Her career also includes experience in client relations and sales at AXA Mansard Insurance PLC.
Known for her attention to detail, proactive work ethic, and strong organizational instincts, Wilberforce brings a unique blend of administrative expertise and interpersonal skills to her new role. Her appointment is expected to enhance executive efficiency, improve internal communication, and support the organisation’s expanding portfolio of programmes.
The CEO expressed confidence in Wilberforce’s ability to contribute significantly to the mission of the organisation, stating that her leadership and administrative experience would play a vital role in advancing efforts toward a more inclusive and sustainable society.
