To open global travel opportunities to Nigerians, DeWorld Mega Travel, Nigeria’s pioneering travel-based lottery and empowerment platform, has been officially launched in Lagos.

The idea underscored the platform’s mission to transform lives by making international travel and life-enhancing rewards accessible to everyday Nigerians.

Speaking at a media briefing in Lagos, Founder/ Chief Executive of DeWorld Mega Travel, Obinna Chioma, said that the firm is not just a platform, but a revolution, adding that it is about bringing dignity, opportunity, and global access to all Nigerians, regardless of economic status.

She further explained that it is a movement designed to democratize access to travel and elevate lives; born from a need to break socioeconomic barriers, saying that the platform offers participants the chance to win tangible rewards including: all-expense paid international trips; cash prizes; international passports; home appliances; food & grocery packages

She said: “Travel should not be for the rich only. Many Nigerians dream of seeing the world, but high costs and complex processes often stand in the way. With as little as N1, 000, people now have a real chance to win life-changing opportunities — from international trips to cash prizes, food packages, and even home appliances.”

According to her, the platform has already been empowering Nigerians in the last four years and just last year, “19 people traveled through our platform. In the first half of this year alone, 18 visas are currently being processed for winners,” she added.

Also speaking, Chief Executive of TLIG Global Media and Project Manager for Mega Travel, Mr. Kehinde Olagbenjo, gave insights into the journey of launching Mega Travel and the challenges the team has successfully overcome.

He said: “Anyone can sign up on our website and participate by purchasing affordable tickets at N1,000, N3,000, or N5,000. Each ticket is an entry into a weekly draw. Technology is helping us scale. We’ve gone fully digital to reach more Nigerians, wherever they are.”
