The ex-Commonwealth Light Heavyweight boxing champion, Peter Oboh, has urged the Palestinian leaders to cooperate with President Donald Trump of the United States on the relocation of their brothers from Gaza.
Peter Oboh, now a gospel minister, stressed that there was the need for such practical action to prevent the wiping out of the Palestinians in Gaza.
Apostle Peter Oboh said: “I am pleading with the two most influential legal leaders of the Palestinian state – President Mahmoud Abbas and Primie Minister Mohammad Mustafa.
“They have to call President Donald Trump to come and execute his proposed plan of moving the Palestininas out of Gaza and relocating them.
“If this wise step is not taken, the Palestinians in Gaza will be wipe out from the Middle East map because the killings are getting to much.
“We must all note this: in life, there are times we must run away from our must beloved city so we can see that city again. Recall that Jesus and his family had to run from their beloved county, Israel to Egypt to save His live. Also, Moses ran away from Egypt to save his live.
“Even in the Muslims quran, it is recorded that Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) was himself a refugee, having fled Mecca with his followers in 622 AD to escape persecution.
“We must always remember that a living dog is better than a dead lion,” Peter Oboh concluded.
