In the ever-evolving landscape of Nigeria’s real estate sector, one name is beginning to shine—Daniel Oshinobino (popularly known as Father Arab), a young, ambitious entrepreneur with a clear vision and a deep sense of purpose.

As the CEO of Arab Space Limited, Daniel is carving a niche in the industry, focusing on the development and sale of luxury real estate properties in Lagos, Abuja and other parts of Nigeria.

His journey is one of resilience, faith, and strategic growth, reflecting his passion for providing real estate solutions to those in need.

Born and raised in Edo State, Daniel’s career path was far from conventional. His entrepreneurial spirit was evident from an early age when he ventured into hair styling between 2019 and 2021. Though successful in the field, something was missing. The pursuit of financial stability and fulfilment led him to explore other opportunities, eventually transitioning into agriculture, particularly poultry and fish farming.

This phase of his career honed his business acumen, teaching him essential skills such as investment, risk management, and customer relations.

Daniel, who is already making his mark in the entertainment industry through his thriving record label, has always possessed an entrepreneurial spirit. While his music venture continues to nurture and elevate talented artists, he found himself searching for a deeper sense of purpose—one that extended beyond the realm of entertainment and at some point, Daniel found himself at a crossroads.

Seeking guidance, he turned to God in prayer, asking for direction regarding his true calling. It was during this spiritual period that he received a conviction to pursue real estate. This divine nudge led him to start researching, reading, and immersing himself in the world of real estate development.

Determined to equip himself with the necessary knowledge, Daniel began studying the industry extensively.

He searched online for educational platforms and discovered the School of Estates, where he enrolled in several courses in 2024. This structured learning experience gave him foundational knowledge in property development, real estate sales, and investment strategies.

While still learning, Daniel started engaging in middleman transactions, connecting buyers with property owners. One transaction, in particular, became the turning point in his career. The deal was substantial enough to confirm his decision—real estate was where he truly belonged. However, financial constraints made it difficult for him to dive into property development immediately.

He sought divine guidance once again, and the answer was clear: start with sales before development.

Armed with this clarity, Daniel moved to Lagos, Nigeria’s commercial capital and a hotspot for real estate investment. His break came when a lady he knew, who was relocating to Canada, entrusted him with her property to manage. Daniel used this opportunity to start renting houses to friends and acquaintances migrating from Edo to Lagos. His natural ability to connect with people and identify housing needs quickly positioned him as a reliable middleman in the real estate market.

It was during this period that he met Mr. Godwin, a seasoned real estate investor, who became both a mentor and a business associate. Seeing Daniel’s potential, Godwin introduced him to opportunities within the industry. He allowed him to bring in clients and receive a commission for successful transactions. This partnership provided Daniel with both experience and financial support, helping him build credibility and industry relationships.

In 2024, Daniel took his real estate journey a step further by securing an internship at a reputable Real Estate company. For three months, he immersed himself in practical real estate operations, learning the intricacies of property acquisition, client management, negotiation, and development. This experience solidified his conviction and prepared him for the next big step—launching his own company, Arab Space Limited.

Now at the helm of Arab Space, Daniel is committed to providing high-end, well-structured, and valuable real estate properties. His company focuses on the sale of landed properties in Lagos and Abuja, targeting both individual investors and corporate clients looking for premium real estate options.

Understanding the dynamics of the Nigerian property market, Daniel has positioned Arab Space to bridge the gap between property seekers and high-value real estate opportunities.

His company specializes in luxury estates, ensuring that each property meets high standards of modern design, comfort, and long-term investment value.

Like any entrepreneurial journey, Daniel’s path has not been without its hurdles. The biggest challenge was capital—the lack of sufficient funds to transition immediately into property development. However, his strategic approach to starting with sales has allowed him to generate revenue while building credibility.

By taking calculated steps, leveraging partnerships, and continuously learning, Daniel is steadily paving his way into full-scale property development.

For Daniel, real estate is more than just a business—it is a calling and a means of service.

He believes that success is not only measured in financial gains but in the impact he makes by helping people secure their dream properties. His genuine commitment to service has earned him a reputation as a trustworthy and dedicated real estate professional.

Daniel is constantly learning and growing. He attends real estate seminars, networking events, and professional courses to stay ahead of industry trends. His goal is to develop properties that not only meet market demand but also add value to Nigeria’s real estate sector.

Daniel’s long-term vision is to expand Arab Space into a full-fledged real estate development firm, building premium estates that redefine luxury living in Nigeria. He envisions developing residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties that cater to both local and international investors.

As he continues to grow in the industry, Daniel remains committed to excellence, integrity, and innovation. His story is a testament to the power of faith, perseverance, and continuous learning. From a stylist to an agricultural entrepreneur, a middleman in real estate transactions, and now a CEO, his journey is a remarkable example of how passion and purpose can shape one’s destiny.

Daniel’s emergence in Nigeria’s real estate sector is an inspiration to young entrepreneurs looking to make their mark in the industry. His strategic approach, faith-driven decisions, and commitment to service set him apart. With Arab Space, he is not only selling properties—he is creating lasting solutions and redefining the real estate experience in Nigeria.

As he continues to build his legacy, one thing is certain: Daniel is a name to watch in Nigeria’s luxury real estate market.
