The Global Entrepreneurship Festival (GEF 2025) has officially unveiled its theme for the highly anticipated 2025 edition at a landmark global press conference held today at Four Points by Sheraton, East Point, Atlanta, Georgia, USA. The theme for GEF 2025, “The AI-Powered Entrepreneur: Creating a Sustainable Future,” emphasizes the transformative role of artificial intelligence in entrepreneurship, climate action, and economic inclusion.

Recognized as the world’s largest entrepreneurship event, the three-day Global Entrepreneurship Festival (GEF) is an annual gathering of entrepreneurs, innovators, investors, policymakers, and business leaders. Hosted in Akure, Ondo State, Nigeria, GEF has cemented its reputation as a premier global platform for celebrating entrepreneurship, fostering economic growth, and empowering changemakers.

The theme for GEF 2025 was officially unveiled at the press conference in East Point, Atlanta. Present at the event were the Mayor of Jonesboro, the President of the East Point Convention & Visitors Bureau, representatives from Atlanta Black Chambers, the Pan-African American Chamber of Commerce, Global Atlanta, and other U.S.-based organizations, alongside key industry leaders, global partners, and members of the press.

Speaking at the event, Dan Walkokiz, Chairman of the Global Entrepreneurship Festival, emphasized the significance of this year’s theme, stating: “Entrepreneurs are at the forefront of shaping the future, and AI is one of the most powerful tools they have at their disposal. With ‘The AI-Powered Entrepreneur: Creating a Sustainable Future,’ we are highlighting the intersection of innovation, sustainability, and business growth, showcasing how AI can drive economic transformation while addressing global challenges.”

The 2025 GEF will equip entrepreneurs with AI-powered tools and insights to drive sustainable businesses, foster an inclusive economy, combat climate change, eradicate poverty, and redefine the future of work through digital innovation.
