Titilola Shawana , recently honoured with Distinguished international Membership Award by IPBIM, is a fellow, Chartered Institute of Loan & Risk Management of Nigeria (CILRM) among others, has over 11 years of experience in the oil and gas servicing industry, specialising in integrated waste management, environmental services, civic and mechanical engineering, and dredging and marine logistics support.
She achieved a 25% reduction in operational costs and a 30% increase in project efficiency. Proficient in strategic planning, project management, and process optimization using advanced ERP systems and data analytics. She is skilled in leading cross-functional teams and managing multi-million-dollar budgets.
