Newly registered side Orin FC is set to begin the first round of the Lagos State Challenge Cup popularly known as Lagos FA Cup as they face L City.

No fewer than 80 teams registered for male category as four teams would feature in the female category.

In the draws made on Wednesday at LSFA secretariat, 28 rooky teams would first play one another in the first round.

The much anticipated biggest football tournament in the state would commence on 22th, January, 2025 at the across designated centres.

In his address, vice Chairman of Lagos State FA, Adedotun Coker stated that this year’s edition would be better in terms of organization and officiating and urged participants to always abide by the rules governing the game.
