DottsMediaHouse (DMH), Africa’s leading media firm, is celebrating its 10 years as a powerhouse in media, strategy and digital marketing that leverages creativity, data and innovation to deliver campaigns that inspire change and drive socio-economic development.
Speaking at a media parley to celebrate its 10th anniversary, the Founder of DMH, Tiwalola Olanubi, shared the company’s journey from its humble beginnings in 2013 as an influencer marketing agency to its transformation into a full-service 360-degree marketing firm by 2019.
He said this evolution was driven by increasing client demands and a vision to compete at the highest levels of the media industry.
“Initially, we focused exclusively on influencer marketing, but by 2017, the demand for our services led us to expand into social media and programmatic advertising. By 2019, we had fully transitioned into a 360-degree marketing agency,” Olanubi explained.
Olanubi said over the past decade, DMH has expanded its footprint beyond Nigeria to the Francophone region of Africa, establishing a physical presence in Côte d’Ivoire earlier this year.
He said this move aims to tap into the growing demand for media expertise in Francophone Africa while setting the stage for further expansion into neighboring countries such as Senegal and Mali.
Olanubi also revealed plans for the next decade include extending operations to the Middle East, with Dubai and Qatar identified as key markets.
On awards and accolades, Olanubi said DMH has garnered numerous accolades, including recognition from Brand Communicator, Magnificent Global Awards, and other industry benchmarks for creativity and excellence.
Olanubi reflected on these milestones, emphasising that the company’s success stems from its innovative approach and ability to adapt to industry trends.
He said as part of its anniversary celebrations, DMH plans for a significant CSR initiative in early 2025, focusing on youth development and community impact.
Looking ahead, Olanubi said DMH is poised to continue influencing Africa’s media landscape through innovation, talent development and strategic expansion.
“This next decade is about giving back and scaling further. We are determined to remain a pioneering force in African media,” Olanubi concluded.
