Afrobeats superstar Mr Eazi has described the recently concluded Detty Rave Festival as a celebration of African creativity and music.
Speaking about the event, which took place last week in Accra with the theme Red and White Noise, Mr Eazi said: “Detty Rave isn’t just a festival; it’s a celebration of African creativity and music. As we close another incredible chapter, we remain deeply grateful to our hardworking team, phenomenal DJs, and loyal fans who make Detty Rave the success it is.
“This year’s edition was not just a music festival; it was an immersive experience—a celebration of African creativity and unity.
“It reinforces our commitment to showcasing the boundless potential of the continent’s music and arts industry.”
Founded by Mr Eazi, Detty Rave Festival delivered its most spectacular edition yet, drawing tens of thousands of fans from across the globe. The DJ-led event featured performances by BellaWorldwide, DJ Tunez, Shifa Ligero, Smallgod, Chichi DJ, Kelvin DJ, and Choplife Soundsystem (featuring Don Eazi and DJ Edu).
There were surprise appearances by international superstars such as Adekunle Gold, Tekno, King Promise, Donae’o, Young Jonn, Kweku Smoke, BlaqBonez, and Arajay heightened the excitement.
This year’s theme, Red and White Noise, came alive with cutting-edge laser light shows, immersive stage designs, and vibrant visuals.
Attendees also enjoyed a full cultural experience, including interactive art installations, live performances, and diverse food pop-ups.
Detty Rave Festival has solidified its position as a global hub for African dance music, creativity, and cultural unity.
Mr Eazi and his team are already planning the 2025 edition, promising an even bigger and more exhilarating experience.
