ABUJA – THE Chief Executive Officer, CEO, Zobis Electrical Wires and Cables, John Ezeobi, weekend, disclosed his vision to expand his current business beyond manufacturing but also to venture into large-scale distribution projects.

In a statement signed by himself, as he appreciated God for attaining the age of 40, expressed his plans and how to achieve current projects said his vision is not limited to production; it encompasses distribution, with substantial malls under construction in Lagos and Abuja.

Through these projects, he (Ezeobi) said basically, the aims behind the projects are to position his company, Zobis, as a major player in Nigeria’s business landscape and to extend operations into Ghana and Senegal respectively.

He said: “We have a vision of a bigger place.”

Meanwhile, he said beyond infrastructure, his company remains committed to quality, “Any venture falling short of the highest standards is a missed opportunity.

“My dedication to quality fuels my ambition, prompting me to explore opportunities in real estate and construction.”

At 40, Ezeobi exemplifies a new wave of Nigerian industrialists; young, innovative, and fearless, whose inspiration came from some captains of industry like Chief Innocent Chukwuma of Innoson Motors, which according to reports transformed his career from a motorcycle trader to Nigeria’s premier car manufacturer.

“Innoson represents Nigerian ingenuity, producing vehicles celebrated across Africa, and continues to explore untapped potential.

“We have a vision of a bigger place”, he said. Meanwhile, his initiatives in Lagos and Abuja mark just the beginning of his expansion plans, positioning Zobis to shape the regional market.

The statement pointed out that the stories of Zobis and Innoson echo the entrepreneurial spirit Africa needs, showing that vision, determination, and the courage to take risks can transform ideas into world-class enterprises.
