Mrs Biyi Tunji-Olugbodi transitioned from being a thoroughbred professional to a serial entrepreneur. For decades, she was a Senior Staff of The National Productivity Centre. She indeed solidified her vision there as she consulted for several SMEs. The knowledge she shared in providing top-rated consultancy services became moulding blocks for her when she started Honeycomb Confectioneries Ltd.

Prior to this, she has distinguished herself in Human Capital Development when she ran her Professional Human Resource Consulting firm, Proven Ability Nig Ltd. Through this firm, she provided globally recognized consultancy services for discerning corporate clientele. Describing her as a serial entrepreneur is deliberate as she also ventured into the Travel/Tourism industry with the establishment of Bytol Ltd. She manages the firms in conjunction with her husband,Tunji Olugbodi who provides the mentoring and guidance.

It is to the credit of this vibrant woman entrepreneur that she learnt the rudiments so fast and thus began a foray into the business world. She oversees HoneyComb Confectioneries Ltd as the Executive Vice-chairman and has over the years made the brand a credible and appealing one to the target consumers. She ensured that quality assurance was accorded utmost priority. She never for once compromised the quality of her brands.  A few years ago, the brand increased its brands with some other delicious varieties… HoneyComb also opened an outlet to further deepen customer experience of its brands.

Biyi Tunji-Olugbodi is well-honed both in skills and brilliance. She studied at the University of Lagos bagging both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees. Her forte is Personnel Management and she has over the years created distinction marks in this regard.
