Kwara State Independent Electoral Commission (KWSIEC) has said it will commence local government sensitisation tours of the state in the first week of March, 2024.

This is contained in a press statement made available to Sunday Vanguard at the weekend in Ilorin by the Chairman of the electoral body,Okanla Baba.

The statement said: “The tours would involve town hall meetings, consultations, and different sensitisation programmes for various stakeholders.

“This is part of the sensitisation or preliminary programmes ahead of the local government election.”
