The IGP Special Intervention Squad  has been Deployed to Kaduna after the release of  the abducted Kuriga school children, to curb the resurgence of terrorism and other criminal acts in the state.

The IGP Squad of two hundred officers and personal ,armed with Armoured Personal Carriers and other weapons, was at the Sir Kashim Ibrahim House Kaduna on Sunday, where they met with Governor Uba Sani.

While receiving the IGP Squad, Governor Uba Sani thanked  the; Inspector General of Police Mr Kayode Egbetekun for fulfilling his promise to deploy the Special Squad and expressed appreciation to the Federal Government led by President Bola Ahmad Tinubu and the security agencies for the successful rescue of the kidnapped Kuriga School Children.
