The Delta State Capital Territory Development Agency(DSCTDA), has reinstated its commitment to infrastructural development in Delta State as it seeks to promote the MORE Agenda of the present administration.

The agency stated this during its 3rd board meeting held in Asaba on the 22nd of February, 2024.

The Director General of the agency, Chief Patrick Ukah, while briefing news men after the meeting, stated that at the end of the meeting, the following resolutions were reached:

*The members of the Board unanimously resolved to consider the proposal submitted by Sterling Bank to establish an integrated waste management system for the recycling of waste in the capital Territory.

•The Board agreed to engage private sector partnership in the enforcement of the State Environmental Laws to serve as its agents of Enforcement.

 •To accept the recommendation from the office of the Auditor General to appoint an external auditor to audit the Agency’s accounts in the previous year .

The meeting was presided over by the board chairman, Rt Hon Emmanuel Okoro.Other Board Members in attendance were Mr Chukwuedo  Chekwube, Engr Ogaga Akpomedaye, and Mrs Endurance Ibru; while  the representative from the Ministry of Economy Planning Mrs. F N Atogun and the Director Administration of the agency, Mr Vincent Ohwofadjeke were also in attendance.
