Bhadman Fame, the musical virtuoso hailing from Benin City, takes us on a poignant journey through his works, the challenges he’s faced, and the influence he hopes to exert on aspiring artistes.
Born Erhabor Dwayne Igiehon, son to Late ACP Chief Solomon Noragbon Igiehon. Bhadman Fame, formerly known as Dwayne B, shared the pain points of his journey. “My first encounter with music was back in the royal teens Christ embassy choir in Benin where I was a leader of a group. I started making music officially when I moved to Lagos 16 years ago to officially start recording my own music. My first recording single was with the legendary producer fear Deevee.”

Despite an innate passion for music, financial constraints cast a shadow over his initial hit single “OJON RO” thirteen years ago. He recalled the struggle, stating, “It was a massive hit but never got recognized and promoted due to financial problems I had then. Same with GIVE YOU LOVE, SEREKE, MARA AND JUICE to name a few.”
The artist’s resilience, however, triumphed over setbacks. Collaborating with legendary producer Fear Deevee, marked the beginning of a remarkable trajectory. He acknowledged the pivotal role his mother played in providing unwavering support, a beacon in times of uncertainty.
His break through came also when he bagged sponsorship deals with his cousin, Engr Omorede Igiehon and 2 other Notable persons he didn’t disclose.
Bhadman fame’s musical influences, notably Chris Brown, Wande Coal, Wiz Kid, and Rema, have left an indelible mark on his artistic expression. Describing his sound as “Indie Afrobeat pop music,” he emphasized the unique blend of Afrobeat, pop, house music, R&B, and indie music, creating a sonic tapestry that sets him apart.
Beyond his personal pursuits, Bhadman Fame has carved a niche in artist development through his brand “Fame and the Stars.” This initiative reflects his commitment to nurturing emerging talents, collaborating with brands and event centers to provide platforms for aspiring artistes.
Reflecting on his journey, Fame highlighted his evolution from Dwayne B to Fame in 2021. He credited Eddy Remedies of the Remedies for imparting industry wisdom during his formative years. The name change signaled a professional shift, reinforcing his dedication to his music career and brand.
Fame’s discography includes two EPs, “The Bcity Bad Man” and “Bhadman the 13th,” each accompanied by music videos for tracks like “Mara” and “Juice.” As he delves into his third EP and upcoming singles like “Like Me,” “Benin to Jozi,” and “Echo,” the artist remains focused on leaving an enduring impact.
In Bhadman Fame’s musical journey, each note represents a triumph over challenges, a testament to passion, and a commitment to uplifting fellow artistes through “Fame and the Stars.”
