How Chris Omoijiade is Leading change through transformational leadership training’s

Renowned Management and Innovation Consultant, Chris Omoijiade, otherwise known as ‘the CEO’ is driving transformations in various professional sectors through an array of vibrant leadership training’s, which have been proven to elevate the level of productivity of several individuals and businesses.

With over a decade of experience in consultancy, working across several industries, Omoijiade has established himself as a multifaceted professional excelling in various roles, including entrepreneurship, public speaking, dedicated mentorship, insightful coaching, and innovative consultancy. His passion for teaching leadership and personal success principles has been a driving force throughout his career.

Despite his success in the field of innovative consultancy, Omoijiade revealed that he has a strong background in law, which has helped to shape and refine important parts of his personality.

“Upon the conclusion of my Senior School Certificate Examinations, where I was privileged to have done exceptionally well, I was given a Federal Government Scholarship to study Law at the University of Lagos in 1999. My academic background in law was an epoch shaping season to where I am today, the law defines everything about my personality,” he said.

Following a brief period of practicing law, Omoijiade returned to the world of business, where his wealth of experience started to earn him recognitions, setting the foundations for a career of impact: “My professional life has been a potpourri, coming from an entrepreneurial home naturally I was bitten by the bug, exhibiting the same from my secondary and university days which many of my former school mates can testify. After a short spell at a law firm, I proceeded to find my feet in the world of business.

“Due to over a decade of experience dealing with businesses across various industries, I had accumulated significant knowledge, where other business leaders were asking me to take them and their staff on subject matters like leadership, teamwork and peak performance,” he added.

In 2010, Omoijiade’s phenomenal work in the field of management and innovation consultancy led to the birth of his company; Attrium Consultants, later rebranded as ‘The Chris Omoijiade Company (TCOC) Global,’ – a training, consulting and advisory firm that executes its value mandate through various platforms such as training, speaking, coaching, mentorship. He believes these experiences have guided him along his journey, and helped him evolve into the person he is today.

“These experiences have shaped me significantly,” he said.

“The one way you can truly deliver anything of significant value is when you are an embodiment of that very thing, and my entire life has been one of learning, relearning and unlearning. It has shaped me to be a relevant value creator to all my clients and the world at large.”

Omoijiade added that becoming a formidable leader requires lots of discipline, hardwork and commitment, noting that some of the world’s renowned leaders are only celebrated because of the impeccable legacies they have left behind.

“You can be a born leader, and still need to work on leadership skills. No one is at a disadvantage except they choose to accept their station; they can pay the price to ascend. The leaders we celebrate and admire are those who were conscious of the fact that their actions would outlive them, therefore they spend time reflecting deeply before taking action. Therefore, a guiding principle for everyone who is a leader should be legacy.”
