Babajide, a recognized leader in product management and digital innovation, has been invited to serve as an expert judge for the forthcoming Innovators Hangout Day, a prestigious global conference organized by The Pioneer STEM SHOW, Microsoft, and the African Development Center.
This conference brings together some of Nigeria’s most innovative and promising product-led founders, providing them with a platform to showcase their cutting-edge digital technology solutions and gain valuable exposure.
Set to take place on October 27,2022, the Innovators Hangout Day is an exclusive event designed to celebrate and support Nigerian entrepreneurs who are shaping the future with their groundbreaking products. Babajide’s vast experience in leading fintech and product development at Quickbucks, along with his passion for supporting innovation in Africa’s startup ecosystem, makes him an ideal choice for this role.
“I am honored to be invited to judge at The Innovators Hangout Day,” Babajide shares. “This event showcases some of the most exciting products coming out of Nigeria, and it’s a privilege to help identify the next wave of game-changing solutions. As part of his responsibilities, Babajide will join a panel of expert judges to review submissions from hundreds of innovative startups. The competition focuses on digital technology products, with each submission carefully evaluated on criteria such as uniqueness, user testing, and intellectual property protection. Babajide will help assess over 400 product entries through a rigorous elimination process, ultimately selecting the most promising startups to present their ideas on the final day of the event.
The final event will feature pitches from the top startups, and two exceptional founders will be awarded funding of up to £12,000 to help scale their products. The event will also bring together more than 400 founders, entrepreneurs, and tech experts, both physically and online, for a day of networking, knowledge-sharing, and celebration of innovation.
