Tailwind triathlete, philanthropist and entrepreneur Justin J. Kaufmann aka “Morning Kaufy” has shared his plans to kick off an annual mentoring and internship program for aspiring triathletes, fitness enthusiasts and network marketing managers.

In live chat with our correspondent, Kaufmann said this has become necessary to ensure that top talents who want to pursue a professional career in athletics and music are mentored properly. He said a lot of emerging musicians and athletes have no idea how to manage their affairs or earn income after retirement.

“This program is to teach and mentor interested participants on how to be the best in their careers, how to invest their earnings for a rainy day and still be able to manage their day to day financial affairs.”

“Most young athletes and sports people do not know the first thing about business or managing money, they are more interested in following trends forgetting that if you don’t manage your funds well it will run out even faster than you make it”, Justin added.

Kaufmann went further to say that “when people start making money at a very young age all they are about is the things they will buy and how to spend it forgetting that, if you keep spending without saving, you could go bankrupt”.

“My firm Imperial Networking manages a lot of young upcoming athletes and artists, we help them with advertising, marketing and branding. So I see first hand how they handle their money when they get their first big cheque. I want to correct that and help them become more financially responsible especially while they are still in the prime of their careers”, Kaufmann stated.

Morning Kaufy said starting from July 4th 2022, he will be hosting a series of weekly live sessions on IG aimed at helping young men/women who are passionate and interested in a career in music, athletics, sports and investment management to kick start their career.

“Human investment is always better than material investment. You could buy 10 cars or houses, but can only drive or live in one at a time”, he said.
