Marko Gojanovic Brings Wealth of Experience to Miami Real Estate Industry

With Miami peak season once again approaching, real estate agents are gearing up for an influx of renters and home buyers in the sunshine state. Miami was a top destination for people from all over the country during the pandemic, so this winter will likely be no different. And if you are looking to migrate south for some fun in the sun, there is no one better to call than Marko Gojanovic.

Gojanovic has a diverse resume of past endeavors, from aspiring to become a professional tennis player, to modeling, working in nightlife, tech start-ups, to leading the wildly popular Joia Beach during the height of the pandemic, he has done it all. Now, Gojanovic is venturing into the real estate world.

Having recently joined the renowned ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, the 41-year-old entrepreneur brings an extensive knowledge of the Miami scene to each client he meets. His vast network of celebrities, socialites and high net worth individuals already give him an advantage when it comes to real estate. He has partnered with Reid Heidenry to form MR Real Estate under Sotheby’s.

“I’ve always had an interest in real estate, but when I originally got my license 10 years ago, I was young and didn’t make time for it,” Gojanovic said. “When I decided to get my license a little over a year ago, I made a conscious decision to really study the market, dedicate my time to my clients, research homes and just go hard at it.” Gojanovic aims to be better each day and go after his goals. He has always been very aspirational and says he takes a lot of inspiration from others.

There are a lot of parallels between the real estate and hospitality industry, because both of their focuses are on providing the best possible customer experience. One of his most recent deals includes helping the CEO of Barry’s with his move from Los Angeles to an almost $4 million North Bay Village home in Miami. Gojanovic has combined sales of $150 million this year alone.
