The Kano State Governor Abdullahi Ganduje has been hailed for remaining consistent with the National Leader of the All Progressive Congress (APC) despite challenges faced by the party all through.
This was stated over the weekend in an exclusive interview with a leading politician in Kano, Muhammad Tajo Nagoda, the State Coordinator, Tinubu Peoples Network, Kano.
Tajo described Ganduje as a complete gentleman for keeping to all the early agreements made with Tinubu that led to the coming of the All Progressive Congress (APC) to power six years ago.
“I must hail His Excellency the Kano state Governor for being a man of his words. He knows what was agreed with Bola Tinubu, what he did to the party and how the party finally succeeded. He is indeed a complete gentleman.
“If we can be having leaders like that, that will always be abiding by what is agreed upon and staying away from personal greed, our political class will be very strong and reliable.
“I was pleased when he celebrated Tinubu here in Kano during his colloquium and even the President who attended the event virtually praised Tinubu as demonstrating good statesmanship.
“From my own viewpoint I believe Ganduje understands the true meaning of what the president said about Tinubu demonstrating good statesmanship and as a complete gentleman, he practically demonstrated it.
“Those raising questions on the matter should view it the way governor Ganduje views it, which is having a unified Nigeria and that is what we need to progress as a country,” Tajo told Vanguard in Kano.
The TPN coordinator further reiterated his stance that he is confident that Tinubu is the man for 2023 while asking Ganduje not to relent in his efforts towards fulfilling the said agreement.
