RevolutionPlus Property is set to commemorate its 7th year anniversary as the event will take place at Oniru, Lagos, on June 26.

The real estate giant, which was conceived from the burning desire to bridge the housing deficit gap in Nigeria, was founded by Bamidele Onalaja, a graduate of Economics with an MBA in Marketing, Diploma in Project Management and an alumnus of the Lagos Business School.

The Group Managing Director, Mr. Bamidele Onalaja, a former banker who vowed to dispel the myth that only a wealthy few can afford homes in the country; with support from his wife, Tolulope Onalaja, the Group Executive Director, took the bold step to start up The RevolutionPlus Brand.

A statement said RevolutionPlus Property started operations in 2014 and is charged with the vision to be the number one real estate company in Sub-Saharan Africa as well as the world;

Driven by the mission to bring buyer’s real estate dreams, desires and expectations to reality through its total commitment to affordable housing using multi-channeled services.

Speaking on plans for the impending event Onalaja said: “My family and I are indeed grateful to be celebrating this milestone.

“It is worth celebrating because the company has achieved great feat within seven years and from just a single office in Lagos we now have branches in Abuja, Abeokuta, Ibadan and Port-Harcourt with an international office in Dallas, Texas, USA.

“Aside these we have several other businesses that all aim to build a sustainable economy for Nigeria and the world at large.”

The corporate dinner and award night will also see to the official launch of the new group of companies; RevolutionPlus Group and introduce its 11 subsidiaries to the public.

These companies include RevolutionPlus Property Development Company Limited, RevolutionPlus Constructions and Infrastructure Limited, Remarkable Hotels and Apartments Limited, Remarkable Foods Limited;

Remarkable Real Estate Investment Club, Remarkable Impact, Revplus School of Real Estate, Remarkable Impact Facility Manager, RIFMA; Chris Bamidele Onalaja Foundation, CBOF; Angelic Lingerie Limited and Happy Bet.
