Prophet Lovy L. Elias is the Senior Pastor and founder of Revelation Church of Jesus Christ. Born Lovy Longomba on 25th November 1985 in Nairobi, Kenya to Lovy Longomba Snr and Zaina Longomba in a long line of East African/Congolese premier musicians. His late grandfather Vicky Longomba was one of the founding members of Tout puissant OK Jazz while his father Lovy Longomba Snr was a member of Orchestra Super Mazembe. His Uncle Awilo Longomba is also well respected Soukous musician.

After high school at age fourteen, Lovy Jnr pursued a career in music and co-founded the soukous-fusion and hip-hop group ‘The Longombas’ with his elder brother Christian . The group wenton to enjoy success, winning several music awards, including Kora Awards Africa for – Best East African Group 2005, Kisima Music Awards for
– Best Group from Kenya, Boomba Group & Best Song from Kenya (“Vuta Pumz”) & Social Responsibility 2006 and Tanzania Music Awards for
– Best East African Album (Chukua) 2006. The brothers later relocated to America where the group disbanded and Lovy jnr turned his attention to writing and producing for established artists.

In 2014 he received a Grammy nomination for his writing and production work on the song CHANGE YOUR LIFE by Iggy Azalea ft T.I off her debut studio album The New Classic.
Earlier this year Lovy Longomba jnr legally changed his name to Lovy Elias and currently lives in Los Angeles, California.
