He maintained that each  of the governors in the region, must as a matter of seriousness “take  the issue of security of lives and properties  of  the people of their states as number one  priority to avoid the ugly incidences of the recent past where many lives and properties of the people were lost to attacks and killings of the people by  merchants of death masquerading  all over the villages and communities  of the North under whatever guise.”
