Lagos – A 25-year-old student, Sandra George, who allegedly threatened to harm another student, on Wednesday, appeared in an Ebute Meta Chief Magistrates’ Court, Lagos.
Police
The police charged George, who is also a student, with criminal threat .
She pleaded not guilty to the charge.
Earlier, Police Prosecutor, Insp Oladele Adebayo told the court that the defendant committed the offence on March 18, at the University of Lagos, Akoka.

The prosecutor alleged that the defendant threatened to harm Miss Kenechukwu Chibundu, if she refused to withdraw the case she filed against her cousin on charge of rape.
The offence, he noted, contravened the provisions of Section 56 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2015.
Chief Magistrate O.O. Olatunji, admitted the defendant to bail in the sum of N100, 000 with one surety in like sum.
