The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has declared the All Progressives Congress (APC) gubernatorial candidate Governor Nasir El-Rufai, winner of Saturday’s election in Kaduna state, having polled 1.045,427.

The Returning Officer for the governorship poll, Prof. Mohammed Yahuza Bello said the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Governorship candidate Hon. Isa Mohammed Ashiru polled a total of 814,168 votes to come second.
