YENAGOA- THE All Progressives Congress, APC, candidate Mr Isreal Sunny-Goli has been declared winner of the Brass-Nembe Federal House of Representatives seat in Bayelsa State.

Sunny-Igoli, who is the current member representing Brass Constituency one in the Bayelsa State House of Assembly, polled 41,150 votes to defeat his closest rival and the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, candidate Mrs Marie Ebikake who polled 19,279 votes.

Sunny-Goli was declared winner by the returning officer Professor Lawrence Ohale today at the early INEC Collation Centre in Brass, who stated the lawmaker satisfied all requirements and scored the highest number of votes in the election.
