WARRI—-IMMEDIATE past President of Christian Association of Nigeria, CAN, Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor has enjoined all Nigerians, especially the youths, to turn away from cultism and pursue God and do His will at all times which is the only pathway to all round progress for the nation.

Oritsejafor, who tagged 2019 as “Year of advancement and enlargement”, at the crossover service of his Word of Life Bible Church, Warri in Delta Stare, urged youths to desist from acts detrimental to their physical and spiritual well being, just as Prophet Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin, the General Overseer of Christ Mercyland Deliverance Ministry, Warri, has prophesied that there will be political manipulation and betrayal this year..

According to the former CAN president, “there are many young Nigerians who have been entrapped in the snare of cultism and drugs which is why they can no longer pursue God and Godly attributes. Some young people are into several cults contrary to what operated in the olden days when such things were scary to the younger generation.”

Illustrating his point, Oritsejafor said young people have now developed to the level where they now steal girls’ undies for money rituals, warning “if you don’t renounce such cult groups in the new year, God asked me to tell you that you die and nobody will be able to help you out.”

According to him, it’s not a pleasant thing for any pastor to be burying young members of churches, “so take your hands from cultism for your own good, the good of your parents and the over all good of the nation.

“If you to succeed in life you must desist from the lure of satanic attractions,” he stated, stressing that he had been deeply involved in such wild life but discovered over 50 years ago that such racy life of drugs has no promise for anybody.

“What you must pursue is God. If you meet with God, and abide by His divine principles I can assure you that all other things will fall into place for your benefit eventually,” he further said, arguing that all his friends with whom they were living a wild life, didn’t quite make it.

Speaking at Christ Mercyland Deliverance Ministry, Warri, Prophet Fufeyin urged Nigerians not to be afraid because “God’s will must be done. I see a lot of betrayal and political manipulation.

“I see accidents, many lives will be lost, blood will flow but God’s children will be safe. People who have no hope will fly to higher grace, they will make it,” he said.

Continuing, he urged Nigerians to “pray for Abuja and Lagos so that the ‘fire’ will not affect our brothers and sisters.”
