Founders and directors of the high-flying property company, husband and wife duo of Dare Adeyemi and Bridget Adeyemi are both alumni of the University of Lagos where they both earned Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

Explaining how Lekkiajahikoyi Property Investment Limited, a company they founded a few years ago, metamorphosed into a frontrunner real estate marketing company, beating many long-established firms in the competitive Lagos real estate market, Dare Adeyemi claimed: “We were the first to post house for sale on Instagram and we have record sales statistics.”

Disclosing how they managed to grow Lekkiajahikoyi Property Investment Limited from a fledgeling company to the behemoth it is today, Adeyemi attributed the success to dedication and consistency. “We also improve on our strategy regularly,” he avowed.

He further added: “All our efforts are focused on Lekkiajahikoyi Property Investment Limited, and that is because we do only real estate and it’s a tough business enough to take all of our time and attention.”

On what motivated the couple to go into real estate businesses, Adeyemi asserted: “It has always been my passion from childhood. That should tell anyone that what we have achieved with Lekkiajahikoyi property Investment Limited is not accidental. It was deliberate and it took a lot of hard work.”

On the significance of winning the award of Best Real Estate Marketing Company, he said: “It serves as additional motivation for us not to relax in our effort.”

Adeyemi further expressed optimism that Lekkiajahikoyi Property Investment Limited will continue to soar in the years ahead. “We are already looking forward to the coming years with assurance and hope that we will still be the company to beat,” he affirmed.
