The age-long rift between popular Nigerian musician, Innocent ‘2Baba’ Idibia’s wife, Annie Idibia, and one of his baby mamas, Pero Adeniyi, seems to have been settled after seven years.
According to sources close to the pop singer, Pero Adeniyi, who relocated to the United States after baring three children for the afro-pop music legend, returned to Nigeria over the weekend to make peace with Idibia.
In a video made at an event where 2face and his wife hung out Sunday night, Annie, Pero and 2Face were seen having an emotional moment, hugging each other, leaving 2Baba in tears.
Both women could be seen mouthing “stop” to the crying big man, as friends and well-wishers rained Naira notes on the trio.
While 2Face’s 2006 hit song One Love in his debut album ‘Grass to Grace’ was playing in the background, Pero and Annie approached each other with smiles, shared words of reconciliation and sealed it with a long hug, which got their friends and associates clapping with excitement.
Caught in the euphoria of the moment, an emotional 2Face, who was unable to control the tears rolling down his face, rushed into the waiting arms of the mothers of his children.
Vanguard has it on good authority that the excited 2Face has been making efforts to reconcile the warring women because he hardly sees his children with Pero as often as he wishes.
Recall that 2Face had dated Pero Adeniyi in 2005, after his unforgettable gunshot experience from unidentified gunmen at his Festac apartment.
