Ahead of the 2019 general elections in the state, the youth leader of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Ward 3 in Sapele local government area of the state, Comrade Okiemute Sowho, has mobilized over 1,500 electorate in the ward to get their Permanent Voter’s Cards.

Sowho, who said he was moved by the Delta State governor, Senator Ifeanyi Okowa and his team’s determination to take the state to greater height, added that he was touched to mobilize the electorate because a party leader like Olorogun Kingsley Esiso resolved to make sure persons of voters age get their permanent voters card.

“The state party chairman, Olorogum Kingsley Esiso, and Governor Ifeanyi Okowa are two party leaders who have inspired me, their determination to put smiles on faces of Deltans has really touched me” .

He, however, advised persons in the ward and local government area who are yet to get their PVCs to go to the independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, registration centre.

The mobilization of the over 1500 electorate in the ward lasted for four days
