Ndokwa East legislators have endorsed Governor Ifeanyi Okowa for second term and Rt. Hon. Friday Ossai Osanebi for a second term in office.

The motion for the Endorsement was moved by Hon. Emmanuel Emiri, (Ward 7) and was seconded by Hon. Friday Edemaya (Ward 6).

Reacting to what Hon. Emiri called a supersonic motion, members took turns to make different contributions of their personal experiences and how the duo of Senator Ifeanyi Okowa and Hon Friday Osanebi has impacted Ndokwa people and a Deltans at large.

Leading debate on the motion, majority leader of the house, Hon. Prince Okwokwo said that the combination of the two leaders was divine  and a perfect match, to effect the transformation and prosperity of Deltans at this material time.

He noted  that the prosperity gospel  of Senator Ifeanyi Okowa, has been adequately propagated to the people of Ndokwa East, with practical examples due to the intermediacy and the sacrifices of the elta State Deputy Speaker who is fondly called, “ The Empowerment Master”

In their various contributions, Hon. Eugene Okocha, Hon. Ezechi Okowa Hon. Earnest Iweka Odili, praised Governor Ifeanyi Okowa and Rt. Hon. Friday Osanebi for touching the lives of the poor and downtrodden in the society, expressing confidence in their abilities and leadership charisma.

Leader of the Ndokwa East legislature, Hon. Prince Uwa Chukwuji, before his final ruling on the motion, opined that the Deputy Speaker should be commended and supported always, because he has practically empowered youths of Ndokwa Land and beyond , removing them from the streets and helping them align with  their golden destinies.

Uwa promised that the re election bid of Governor Ifeanyi Okowa and Rt. Hon. Friday Osanebi is their personal projects and will make frantic sacrifice to ensure their re-election.
