ENUGU—ALL Progressives Congress, APC, House of Representatives aspirant for Udi/Ezeagu Federal Constituency in Enugu, Hon. Ejike Njeze has accused those running away from the preying eyes of corruption fighters as being responsible for killings going on in the country, in order to divert attention from their probes.

Njeze, a former member of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, precisely accused his former party members of orchestrating and sponsoring the killings.
He spoke in Enugu, weekend, after his declaration to contest for the legislative position, stating that it was wrong for people to allege that the APC-led government was responsible for the killings.
Njeze said: “Our party chairman, Adams Oshiomhole has never been seen wielding a knife let alone a gun, Our President, Mohammadu Buhari doesn’t kill. So the party is not a killer party. It is mere cheap propaganda. There are killings no doubt but we have condemned the killings.
“The killings started since PDP administration over 16 years ago, it’s just that we have not been able to solve that problem and this government has made frantic efforts. The issue is that the people sabotaging the effort of government are just too many; the political desperadoes, those who have looted the hell out of Nigeria, that have enough funds to sponsor these killings and I can tell you clearly that it is PDP sponsored.
“We know the people who are sponsoring them, the only thing I cannot do here is to tell you their names because it is not in my place to give names but at the right time the security agencies will disclose the names of those behind the killings because as I talk to you investigations are ongoing on the sponsors of those killing and we will disclose these people to Nigerians, we are already compiling their names.
