… As Greensprings School berths in Ikoyi
Executive Director, Greensprings School, Mrs Lai Koiki has enjoined parents to introduce early child education to their children, adding that exposing them to adequate foundational knowledge would position them for greatness.
Koiki who stated this in Lagos, stressed the importance of catering for preschool and elementary school children between the ages of 2 and 10 years.
According to her, academic excellence begins with the right educational foundation which can mostly be achieved during the formative years of a child.
”When children adopt a habit of excellence at their formative stage, they stand a better chance of succeeding in any field of interest later in life,” she said.
Koiki who seized the opportunity to disclosed that in September 2018, Greensprings School Ikoyi will commence academic session, adding that it’s designed for preschool and elementary school children between the ages of 2 and 10 years.
According to her, the new campus which is located at 12a Reeve road, off Glover road, Ikoyi is the third campus of Greensprings group of schools in Lagos state.
Koiki explained that the opening of Greensprings School Ikoyi campus is a strategic response to the increase in demand from prospective parents and residents of Ikoyi and its environs. The Ikoyi campus of Greensprings School, she noted will offer the same quality of education as the existing campuses in Lekki and Anthony areas of Lagos.
The Director said: “This exciting initiative will bring us one step closer towards achieving our vision of leading holistic, inclusive, innovative world class education in Africa. ”Greensprings School remains committed to laying a solid foundation for children by its consistent focus on early childhood education. ”Greensprings School Ikoyi provides an enabling environment for children to be nurtured towards reaching their full potential. The adoption of growth mindset and child-centered learning will adequately prepare students for future exploits.
