The Nigeria Police on Friday described as false the allegation leveled against it by the governor of Ekiti state, Mr. Ayodele Fayose, that he was slapped, assaulted and manhandled by the force when they invaded the state’s government house.

This was made known to newsmen in an argument presented by Jimoh Moshood, PRO of the force, while chatting with the Channels journalists at Sunrise programme.
