To boost Lagos housing stock which is in deficit, Veritasi Homes and Properties Limited, a Lagos-based real estate development firm, has introduced Camberwall Estate, Eleko, Off Lekki-Epe Expressway, Lagos, into Lagos property market.

Located next to highbrow Amen Estate along Eleko Beach road, Camberwall Estate comprising 100 plots of 600 square metres per plot, consists of site and service plots and housing development. In other words, prospective home owners who want to buy plots and build for themselves in the estate are welcome while those who want to buy already built housing units are equally welcome to the project.

At the project site weekend, Mr. Tobi Yusuff, Marketing and Communication Head, Veritasi Homes and Properties Limited, said infrastructure such as road network, drainage system, street lights, power supply as well as amenities such as Club House, Mall, landscaped environment, security and others are available.

Yusuff who said prospective home owners should take advantage of the serene environment to be provided in the estate and highbrow neighbourhood to key into the housing project, also called on would-be subscribers to take advantage of the Free Trade Zone, Dangote Refinery, Dry seaport, Airport and other huge investments coming into Ibeju-Lekki area, to buy into Camberwall  project, said potential for returns on investment in the axis is very high.

Explaining that the ongoing promo on the project is to make the plots affordable by both high and low income earners, he said with the ongoing promo, subscribers are expected to pay N6.8 million per plot, adding that, of the N6.8 million, subscribers are expected to make a down payment of N2 million while the balance is spread to 12 months.

Pointing out that after the promo which ends on the last Friday in August 2018, the head of marketing and communication said “The idea behind the promo is to make the project affordable to all classes of people in Lagos. Whether you are a low income earner or high income earner, we want to give every prospective home owner in Lagos the opportunity to be part of Camberwall Estate.

“The promo commenced with the launch of the project on June 23. It is expected to end on the last Friday in August. People are expected to take advantage of the promo to buy their plots because after the promo, the cost of a plot of land in the estate is N10 million. But with the promo, a plot of land in the estate is N6.8 million. With the promo, N2 million down payment is expected to be made by subscribers while the balance of N4.8 million is expected to be paid within 12 months.

“We also expect subscribers to take advantage of the strategic location of the project. This means that property investment in this axis will always appreciate. And with the establishment of the Free Trade Zone, Dangote Refinery, Dry seaport, airport and other blue chip companies along Ibeju-Lekki, there is high prospect for property investment in the area. This is the right time for those who want huge returns on their investments in the nearest future to take advantage of our project,” Yusuff stated.
