PORT HARCOURT— National Youth Wing of Host Communities of Nigeria Producing Oil and gas has urged the Federal Government to engage the over 10,000 youths trained as cadets on pipeline surveillance job in the Niger Delta.

The body said that the call became necessary so as to improve the economy of the nation and create jobs for the teeming population.

National president of the body,  Success Samuel, in a statement yesterday in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, said that the engagement of the 10,000 trained cadets would help tackle the problems of restiveness associated with unemployment.
