ABUJA- Nigerian mobile operator, Airtel Nigeria on Thursday launched its 4G network in Abuja.
The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Bharti Airtel, Nigeria and Ghana operations, Mr. Segun Ogunsanya said the launch was part of ongoing upgrade modernization of its network across Nigeria.
Ogunsanya said the Airtel 4G network is coming to stabilize the existing 3G network service with high speed data experience for all its subscribers.
To experience the network, subscribers must have 4G compliant phone to swap their Sim cards from 3G to 4G network.
