A presidential aspirant on the platform of All Progressives Congress, APC, Chief Charles Udo Udeogaranya has urged the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, to plan the 2019 general election as re-ordered by the national assembly. He also urged President Buhari to triple his efforts in the provision of better health-care facility to all Nigerians.

Speaking with Vanguard, Udeogaranya said: “I urge the Independent National Electoral Commision, INEC to plan the execution of the elections accordingly with the new Electoral Act Amendment Bill.
“All government agencies in democratic settings, INEC inclusive, must at all times respect and engage with the National Assembly as the real organ that represents our democracy and also the direct representatives of all Nigerians and their final stance, remains all Nigeria stance except in a case of a referendum.”
On the issue of President Buhari’s son’s recovery, Udeogaranya said: “While I congratulate Nigeria’s first family for the successful medical treatment abroad and safe return of their son Yusuf Buhari to Nigeria, I urge President Buhari to triple his efforts in the provision of the health-care facility to all Nigerians.”
