CHIEF Emman Amgbaduba, Chairman Delta South Peoples Democratic Party, PDP and Chief Frank Omare, former Commissioner for Environment, Delta State have called on sons and daughters of Ijaw nation to strive and attract development to their communities.

Amgbaduba and Omare, spoke when they and 15 others were conferred with chieftaincy titles by HRM, Stanley Luke ,Kalanama Viii, Pere of Akugbene-Mein Kingdom.
Speaking to journalists shortly after the ceremony, Chief Amgbaduba who bagged the “Mientonghan of Akugbene Kingdom,” said the title will further propel him to attract the desired development to his people.
Chief Omare who is the Adodokuro of “Akugbene-Mein Kingdom” on his part thanked HRM Luke and the people of Akugbene -Mein Kingdom for the honour done him and his wife, pledging to continuously work to promote the culture of the people.
Earlier, the monarch while conferring the chieftaincy title said that the Akugbene-Mein Kingdom found them worthy in community development, social life and in their work place for the honour.
He urged them not to deviate in their characters but continually be role models in their various fields of endeavour.
