A survey conducted by the Top 50 Brands Nigeria, a research organisation, has picked as Promasidor Nigeria Limited as one of the 2017 top 50 brands in the country.
The organiser said the selection was a result of a year-long rigorous research, using Brand Strength Measurement (BSM) index, a model that tests a brand’s ability to deliver its promise to consumers.
Chief Executive Officer of the research firm, Mr Taiwo Oluboyede, presented the certificate of award to Managing Director of Promasidor, Mr Anders Einarsson, at the company’s premises on Monday.
A press release issued by the company’s Head of Legal/Public Relations, Mr Andrew Enahoro, said the executives of the research organisation and top management team of Promasidor also deliberated on “enhancing the value of the Nigeria brand”.
Joining Einarsson to receive the award were Enahoro and the company’s Head of Marketing, Mr Abiodun Ayodeji.
Presenting the award, Oluboyede said that Promasidor and other brands that emerged “have weathered the storm of recession; achieved remarkable growth with better understanding of the market and worked aggressively towards meeting the expectations of consumers while delivering on their promises with many increasing their equity amidst the difficult times.”
