LAGOS—Workforce Group, Nigeria’s HR Consulting and Business Services firm, has reiterated its commitment to help companies win the talent war with “Top Talent,” initiative which geared towards bridging inefficiency gap in the workplace.

Top Talent is a Graduate Trainees programme, put together by Workforce Group, designed to connect top employers with a pre-screened, highly filtered pool of employment-ready top candidates.

According to a statement by, Head of Selection and Recruitment, Workforce Group, Mr. Akin Afolabi, said that the programme seeks to close available gap within various organisations and the available talents to fill those roles suitably.

“Top talent league of extraordinary graduate trainees is our unique solution, built to close the gap in the business landscape of the country by helping top employers attract and hire the top five percent of candidates for their graduate trainees’ job roles with required potential and competence for upward progression in the workplace.”


Meanwhile, the group organized top talent graduate job fair, which was a culmination of a six-week process spanning across multiple assessment tests of key competencies for workplace success: Intelligence, Character & Purpose, Confidence & Effectiveness, Teamwork & Problem Solving, Leadership & Communication and their Drive for Results.


Over 15 leading companies such as Nestle, Larfarge, GTBank, Sterling Bank, Nestoil, UACN, Cadbury, Troyka Holdings were present at the event with HR representatives engaging candidates.
