Alawaye said that this particular training would transform small scale businesses among women. A lot of women are afraid of using technology to grow their businesses thinking it is a difficult task. This training would create awareness among women, helping them to know how to use digital tools to improve their businesses and get their businesses online because there are a lot of business opportunities online.

“This training platform would help women grab business ideas especially SMEs because this particular one targets how you can use technology to launch your business online and get found by people who want do business with you. This is the way business are done globally with the help of the internet.

In addition, the Managing Consultant, Simply Exponential Consult Ltd., and business development service provider, Fayo Williams said that one of the major benefits of this programme will include getting to know your devices better. As my colleague, Banke Alawaye has said. “Some women don’t know how to use blue tooth, some don’t know how to convert what they know into digital assets and sell conveniently.

Right now we have moved into the knowledge economy so you can convert what you know into money. We are going to introduce women to some basic ways of being able to harness what they know, being able to showcase what they do in various platforms via social media making sure their profile is attractive enough to generate business for them”.

Continuing, Williams said that we want to teach our women how they can leverage on software as a service instead of spending a huge among of money to install accounting and other packages.  They can use their app to log in anywhere in the world to know about their business.

“We are doing it to improve the level of our women in small and medium enterprises with a token of N10,000 to make them value the training, even though the benefits are worth millions.  We are also encouraging Local Governments, religious organizations, Individuals, private and public entities to partner with us so that our women will be empowered properly because when you empower a woman, you feed the society. We also enjoin those who would like to sponsor some women around them for this training to do so. The training is affordable.
