Emmanuel Eno Nsek, 39, whose legs were amputated is in need of financial help to enable him earn a living and fend for his family.
Eno, a father of two was involved in an auto accident last April while retuning from a business trip in Cotonou.
Amputation was the only option as the wounds did not heal after several months.ne inNsek is crying for help to enable him get rehabilitated after his surgery at the University of Uyo Teaching Hospital (UUTH.

His wife, Peace, lamented that their two children dropped out of school because of their father’s health condition, adding that she finds it difficult to provide even one square meal for them.
“Sometimes I go to my elder sister who is living in Lagos for financial help to enable me manage to feed the children. The burden is too much for me to carry alone. I am trying to see if I can secure a job but it has not been easy.
“Our daughter did not sit for the WAEC this year. She dropped out because there was no money to register for the examination. The younger one in Junior Secondary School cannot also continue with his education. We are battling to feed.”
She said both children had been sent to her husband’s village because they could no longer afford a house in the town, having spent all their money on treating the legs.
Nsek pleaded: “I want to start a small business that can fetch me some money to take care of myself and my family.
“I don’t want to sit in the wheelchair to beg. That is why I am calling on good spirited individuals, and the government to come to my assistance.
“Even though my two legs are gone I know I can still make good use of my two hands and earn a living for myself and I believe there is ability in disability.
