Anambra decides: The candidate for the All Progressives Congress, APC, Mr. Tony Nwoye has described the attitude of the Nigerian Police in the ongoing Anambra gubernatorial election as most worrisome, noting that he would rate INEC averaged in respect to their conduct and activities in the ongoing election.
