THE Enogie (Duke) of Ogheghe- Osemwende in Ikpoba/ Okha Local Government Area of Edo State, HRH Michael Ogbonmwan, has sent a Save Our Soul message to the Inspector General of Police, Mr. Idris Ibrahim, over an alleged threat to his life and that of his immediate family by a former chairman of the Community Development Association , CDA in town and his group.

The visibly shaken traditional ruler told Vanguard, yesterday, in an interview in Benin that he recently lost two of his sons to the alleged criminal activities of the group, insisting that his dukedom will remain in jeopardy as members of the gang have vowed to use their connections to evade arrest and prosecution.

He, therefore, appealed the Inspector General of Police to consolidate related cases involving one Osayomore Erhauyi currently being handled by the Zonal Investigation Bureau (ZIB), Zone 5 of the Nigeria Police, Benin that was reported to the IGP – X- Squad for which some suspects have been arrested.
