THE member representing Isoko South Constituency I in the Delta State House of Assembly, Mrs Orezi Esievo, has donated exercise books, footwears and school uniforms to over 8,000 pupils and students in her constituency.
Esievo said the two-day empowerment programme which took her round schools in the area, was in fulfilment of her electioneering campaign promises and called on the school children to obey their parents, teachers and constituted authorities.
According to her, building the youth at their critical formative years has the potential of making them great politicians, entrepreneaurs, captains of industry and outstanding professionals.
Esievo affirmed that any investment on children would always benefit the family, community and the larger society, saying she has also reached out to them through her initiative, the Beautiful Gate & Shelter Foundation.
The schools visited include; Omode Primary School Irri, Idheze Primary School Idheze, Ewoma Primary School Ivrogbo, Orie Primary & Secondary Schools Orie, Urie pry school Emede, Emede grammar school, Emede, Ikpide Pry School Ikpide-Irri and Emore Grammar School Oleh amongst others.
