Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta State was the special guest of honour when Joy Ucheamaka Ugbebor signed off her maiden name to Paul Eferetin Ehigiator at the St. Albert’s Catholic Church, University of Benin, Benin-City, Edo State, recently.
