PDP Chairman Sen. Ahmed Makarfi
Adeyemo, popularly known as Sunday Igboho gave the commendation when the National Chairman and South-West Executives of PDP paid Senator Ladoja a courtesy visit at his Bodija resident.
He noted that Nigerians enjoyed PDP from 1999 to 2015, saying, Nigerians have seen the difference between PDP and the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC.
Igboho said that with the reconciliation and restructuring going on in PDP, “it has become clear that PDP will take over power from APC come the 2019 General Elections because Nigerians are tired of APC led administration in the country.”
He appreciated Makarfi for making sure that all pioneer PDP members, such like Senator Ladoja comes back to the party, saying, it would assist PDP in bouncing back to power.
He described Ladoja as “a visionary, focus leader” that is bent on bringing the dividends of democracy to Nigerians.
Igboho expressed confidence that Ladoja would bring fresh ideas that will transform PDP for better.
According to him, “It is obvious that Ladoja is a man of the people and that is why workers, traders and members of the public prefer him to anybody in Oyo State. Ladoja has paid his dues in PDP and will not want to work against the interest of PDP.”
He further advised leaders of PDP not underrate or take Ladoja for granted again because he has a lot of positives ideas, experiences and programmes that he could offer the party.
Igboho, also urged the leadership of PDP to cherish and appreciate Ladoja by tapping from his wealth of experience, “because this will assist PDP to reclaim the lost glory.”
