N’Deltans urged to support PAP under Boroh

STAKEHOLDERS from the Niger Delta region have been urged to support the coordinator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, PAP, Paul Boroh towards achieving the desired result of the programme for the region.

The charge was given by a youth leader in the region, Mr. Jude Akpodubakaye, who described Boroh as a representative of good governance for the average Niger Deltan.

Applauding the PAP coordinator for his innovation in the programme, the youth leader said: “Boroh has brought hope to the people of the Niger Delta, particularly the beneficiaries of the amnesty programme through his multi-track style of governance.

“He has continual displayed the key characteristics of good governance which makes governance to be accountable, transparent and equitable.”

Appealing to elected representatives from the Niger Delta to contribute their part in developing the region, he said: “While General Boroh is doing his best to bring succour to the region, it is expected that the elected representatives should play their roles in governance.
