Rivers govt sets up 15- man c’ttee for second anniversary

PORT HAR-COURT—A 15- man committee has been approved by the Rivers State Executive Council for the second anniversary of Governor Nyesom Wike’s administration.

Commissioner for Information and Communications, Dr Austin Tam-George,  disclosed this, yesterday, at the end of a state cabinet meeting, saying that the committee would be headed by the Secretary to Rivers State Government.

He said that the meeting was presided over by Governor Wike, with the Commissioner  for Housing as Secretary.

He said that the  Commissioners for Works, Education, Information, Sports, Women Affairs, Agriculture, Head of Service, Chief of Staff, Special Adviser, Religious Affairs, Special  Adviser, Special Projects, and others would serve as members.

Special Adviser, Security  and Permanent Secretary, Health  would serve as members.
